Our Methodology:

  1. Understand Your Products and Services:  Usability, Features-Advantages-Benefits (FABs), Value Proposition,  Market Presence & Fit.

  2. Develop Course Outline:  Our process starts with an outline of the topics that need to be addressed in the curriculum.

  3. Develop Curriculum:  We use best practices in Instructional Design to develop an optimal curriculum that includes a balance of classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and knowledge reinforcement elements (quizzes and discussions) developed to best advance learning and the student experience.

  4. Student Materials:  We design appropriate student materials to facilitate the learning sessions and serve as a tool for post-training knowledge transfer.

  5. Virtual or Instructor-Led Presentation:  Our instructors are available to travel for instructor-led on-site sessions or to conduct virtual learning sessions from our facilities.

  6. Evaluation:  All courses include skills testing and student evaluations to better measures learning effectiveness

  7. Continual Improvement:  We regularly modify our curriculum and materials to continually improve the learning experience and effectiveness.
